Directions for use:
To achieve sleep: First 5 nights take 5~10 drops under tongue 1/2 hourly, starting 2 hours before bed.

Daily: 5~10 drops half hour before bed & as needed.

To maintain sleep: 5~10 drops every 5 minutes to 1/2 hourly as you need them in the night.
